Work Hard Appreciate More..



Have you ever sat there and thought, "Omg i have got to so much to do" and you feel the stress building up and you feel that you've taken on board to much than you can handle?

You've taken all the work because
YOU CAN complete it and achieve what you want to achieve.

Here at BeAsian we take working hard very seriously, if you want to achieve something, be somebody, be what you want to be in life, have goals that your trying to reach. Working hard will pay off. you have to remember certain key things in life that will help you get through anything.

These are all very important in achieving goals.

Confidence 

If your shy and don't feel confident enough to speak to the people you need to or as a matter of fact anyone?

DONT BE. you have to over power any fear of not being confident, networking is crucial, you have to ask questions to gain knowledge, if you don't ask questions you wont know or understand. there are several ways to boost your confidence.

THE WAY YOU LOOK! 

if you look good you feel good, always make sure your looking your best. clothes may not build your confidence but they sure make us feel good, which does build our confidence! and that does NOT mean go out and SPEND MONEY! but don't buy CHEAP CLOTHES buy a selected amount of good clothes that way you save money to!

WALK THE WALK

Walking faster and the way you carry yourself will show how confidant you are, are you a slow lazy painful walker OR do you have a fast energetic purposeful walk!? just walk a bit faster than you do it will make you feel and look more confident!

FRONT OF THE LINE 

People around the world always strive to sit at the back of the room. In seminars, schools, offices, public places EVERYWHERE.  try not to do that, speak out louder sit at the front become recognised wherever you are. Speaking out will help you build your confidence and also help you speaking out in bigger groups. it also gets all the important people to recognise who you are!

Self Motivation 


FOCUS

How often do you procrastinate? this is the worst habit to have. (how many times have you focused on something you don't want rather than your goal) The thing that normally goes through our minds before we even think of what our goals are is a fear. a fear of not having money, a fear of not having a home, a fear that will have affect in the future. THE MAIN problem with this type of thinking is that it actually degenerates your motivation makes you feel you have to do it not WANT to do it, most of all it is not actionable it drains your motivation.

instead of thinking about an ambiguous fear, think about the goal you want to achieve, this automatically is putting your brain to work. it will automatically devise a plan for success.

DONT WORRY ABOUT THE FUTURE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

Remember FOCUS is KEY in SELF MOTIVATION.

STAY POSITIVE

What is your attitude like?

Are you sad? do you have a poor negative attitude? STOP IT, Because of those feelings your drive to self motivation is LACKING. Attitude is the established way of responding to people and situations that we have learned, based on beliefs, values and assumptions we hold, and it is shown in every action we take!

A negative attitude will only attract others of the same, and that is NOT who you want to be around. remember this saying 'Misery Loves Company' because that is exactly how it works with your attitude. if you have a negative attitude that is what your going to attract and if you have a positive one that is what you will attract.

HELP OTHERS

You know when your on the train and your really comfortable and an old person comes on, and you pretend to be sleeping or try and look busy by reading your book or playing temple run?


DONT DO THAT


The most simple gesture like giving up your seat for the elderly or less able to stand will make you feel better throughout your day, even if you volunteer at a homeless shelter. volunteering somewhere once or week will make you feel much better about yourself. The feeling of importance, brought about by compliments and appreciation, is good for your physical health, as well as your mental well-being. That is why most self motivation and personal development courses preach the importance of doing good for others. The reciprocal appreciation you recieve will actually make you a healthier person.
